ATL communications manager

The ATL communications specialist / manager’s position provides functional marketing expertise and is responsible for the development of and delivery of distinctive advertising сampaigns in traditional and digital media to support brand & company marketing objectives and strategies, maximizing the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing communications programs across target audiences. This role requires a creative, dynamic and forward thinking individual who has a passion for integrated marketing communications and has a mastery of the development and execution of marketing communications. 

Responsibilities

- Implement, track, and measure marketing communications campaigns  (ATL & Digital) 

- Manage internal and external production, delivery, and development of creative materials

- Manage agency team to implement marketing campaigns, project management

- Advise PM on optimal communications mix based upon identified target audiences and objectives 

- Recommends means of maximizing spend effectiveness

-  Budget management & control

Требования к кандидату

- 3 - 5 years of related experience

- agency management experience 

- ability to  lead / work within cross-functional teams (product marketing, sales)

- Marketing degree as a plus 

- Project management

- Must have strong command of branding fundamentals, as well as media planning skills. 

- Advanced English & Communication skills
