- Management and development of Georgia (and temporarily Armenia) in terms of Sales strategy, Marketing activities, Distributors in line with Caucasus overall strategy and activities
- Development of operational business plan for Georgia
- Responsibility for achievement of agreed P&L KPIs
- Implementation of marketing strategy for Georgia in line with BDF Regional strategy and activities steered from Regional Marketing team in Russia
- Ensure strategic and tactical fit between sales & marketing projects/initiatives
- Representing BDF to 3rd parties and stake holders in a most reputable way and developing networking

Требования к кандидату
- 8+ years of experience in the mix of functions such as Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing
- Solid experience in building distribution
- Capabilities to build strategic vision on developing the assigned territory
- Pro-active attitude
- Entrepreneur spirit
- High level of communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Fluency in English
- Able to build credibility with and influence on cross-functional, multi-cultural groups
- Result oriented, deliver to deadlines
- Proven track record of achievements
