Fashion e-commerce start-up backed by Europe's leading internet investor is looking for candidates for HR department lead. Main responsibilities are:

• Compensation & Benefits: developing competitive C&B schemes, incentive system administration, analyzing of market trends and recommendation for improvements in policies and practices, annual salary increment;
• HR administration: coordination of HR administration processes, solving problem issues, conducting the staff schedule;
• HR Branding
• Performance appraisals: development and implementation
• Writing down HR Policies
• T&D – up to requirements
• Preparing and managing HR budget
• Conducting corporate events

Требования к кандидату

Ideal candidate should have:

• PC literacy: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), 1C, Visio,
• Excellent knowledge of Labor Legislation
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management
• Strong leadership, influence and analytical skills
• Good presentation skills
• Ability to work under preassure
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English
