Описание позиции

  • Map the existing processes and assess them for  possible improvement (opportunity and financial aspect)
  •  Provide a road map of the future business operating environment
  • Co-ordinate projects that require cross functional implementation especially those that require resources outside those controlled by Corporate e.g. IT
  • Provide Corporate Management with recommended priorities for change implementationСoordination of the team, a key driver will be the process design which in turn will lead to the identification of projects that require implementation, coordination and management support.

  • Process design in the service industry
  • Project Management, preferably those that include both process design and IT changes
  • IT literate so that the person can understand the interconnections between our numerous IT systems and the opportunities in the market for general improvements
  • Team management . The role holder will be expected to recruit additional members to the team.
  • Russian market  and a fluent Russian speaker, preferably with English to a business level
  • It is not essential that the person has worked in insurance, however, a general understanding of financial markets would be beneficial

Ключевы компетенции:

It is anticipated that the candidate will have had experience at: 

  •          Process design in the service industry
  •          Project Management, preferably those that include both process design and IT changes

  •          Organisation & Planning:             Ability to manage a wide range of diverse action plans simultaneously
  •          Communication & Influencing: Ability to communicate at different levels and deliver the message across organization
  •          Financial acumen:                          Ability to work with and understand financial business model (the ability to build such models is not required)
