One of the leading companies, distributed construction machines is looking for Head of Trade Finance for development of sales.

Main responsibilities are:

• Development (in close cooperation with Sales, Marketing and Finance Departments) and implementation of new sales financing programs to support equipment sales in Russia as well as in other CIS countries
• Arranging and structuring sales finance facilities to meet client needs
• Help for drafting of commercial contracts, letters of credit, guaranties, standbys and preparing credit conform documents, coordinating the involvement of insurance companies, transport operators, government agencies, banks etc.
• Analysis and presentation of new supplier’s credit proposals for Russian clients
• Placement of sales finance transactions with commercial banks and leasing companies
• Acting as a focal point of contact for internal (Sales Department) and external customers and coordinating the entire the Company International’s sales finance activities
• Ensuring all transactions and reporting are processed and settled on a timely basis
• Leading a small sales finance team

Ideal candidate should be fit to requirements: 

Requirements:

• Excellent experience in trade finance coming from 6-8 years of working in the Trade Finance Department of a car / truck / machinery / heavy equipment manufacturer or dealer (or alternatively of a bank)
• Tangible experience in the structuring/arranging of trade and project finance transactions
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting as well as excellent commercial judgment
• Proactive, self-starter, result-oriented and team-player attitude
• Strong leadership and organization skills
• Willingness to travel
• A strong network of contracts within financial institutions in Russia as well as abroad
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to interface with people at all levels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, ability to multi-task
• University Graduate
• Strong command in written and spoken English and Russian
