Organise and manage work of HR Department by providing all departments with well-qualified employees according to the recruitment demands; organising high-quality training, compensations and benefits management, keeping accurate and up-to-date personnel recording, HR reporting, maintaining healthy and safe working environment in the most cost effective manner.
Требования к кандидату
- russian citizenship
- native russian, upper-intermediate english languages
- experience in HR Management on the plant is a must
- experience on the similar position from 2 years
