Описание позиции
- Perform complex transaction services assignments, M&A, financial due diligence
- Communicating with clients, collecting information, conducting detailed financial analysis, and reporting on findings
- Coaching and supervising junior staff
- Being involved in the preparation of proposals to clients
Требования к кандидату
- Working experience in audit or transaction services for at least 3 years (Big4 is a plus)
- Knowledge of Russian accounting standards and IFRS is a must
- ACCA/CPA (at least half of the papers passed)
- Non-standard approach to problem solving
- Good communication skills, analytical mindset
- Team player
